The objective of this Market Survey/RFI is to solicit feedback from sources capable of providing case management software. The FAA Labor and Employee Relations community requires a comprehensive case management, tracking, and reporting tool that addresses the needs of the Labor Relations, Employee Relations (LER) specialist community, as well as FAA and DOT leadership. The system must provide the LER Specialist/Practitioner, HR Program Managers and Agency Leadership with the ability to track, manage and report on cases from inception to final resolution. The period of performance is one base year + four (1-year) options.
