This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05 (effective 13 Aug 2019). This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333999 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.

CLIN 0001 - Better Engineering Aqueous Parts Cleaning System


Contractor shall provide the following:


Better Engineering Aqueous Parts Cleaning System Product #F-4000-P or equal


Product should meet the following criteria:


o Cabinet Style:
 Stainless Steel composition
 Front loading, hinged door


o Working Dimensions:
 5 ft. 3 inch wide
 6 ft. deep
 6 ft. high
 Inside working height 3 ft. 4 in.
 Turntable Diameter 3 ft. 4 In.
 Turntable Area 1260 sq. in.


o Turntable Load Capacity:
 1500 lbs.


o Power Source:
 460 Volt/3 Phase Electric


o Tank:
 Capacity 140 Gallon
 Heat Source 18 kW
 Heat-Up time 1-1/2 hours
